Tranquil Artistry, Festive Delight: Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre Launches Canopy Reverie Festive Afternoon Tea
As soft snowflakes drift from a star-lit winter sky, the festive season unfolds in a glow of warmth and brilliance. Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre is imbued with a refined festive ambiance, awaiting the quiet arrival of winter's first snow and the joyful spirit of Christmas and New Year.
Located on the 10th floor, The Lounge draws inspiration from the Jiangnan heritage craft of the traditional oil-paper umbrella, reinterpreting its thousand-year-old elegance in a bespoke Christmas-tree-shaped afternoon tea stand. Accented in winter white and festive red, the Canopy Reverie Festive Afternoon Tea invites guests into a serene world of evergreen hues and sparkling flavours - an afternoon steeped in seasonal beauty and contemporary aesthetics.
The four savoury bites highlight seasonal winter ingredients, while five themed desserts - crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Marc Pu - celebrate the joyful spirit of Christmas and New Year. Delicate layers unfold from a richly constructed St. Honoré, a warm and comforting chocolate cake with mulled wine pear, a vibrant cherry and pistachio creation, and a bright pairing of white coffee and raspberry. Each aroma and texture reveals itself gently on the palate, offering a festive sense of comfort and adding elegance and warmth to the afternoon ritual.
Complementing the experience, Barista Kiki presents a festival-inspired signature coffee, enveloping each sip with soothing notes that enhance the aromas and flavours of a blissful afternoon. Whether for a gathering with friends, or a family moment, this afternoon tea invites guests to savour a serene, celebratory indulgence. The Canopy Reverie Festive Afternoon Tea is priced at CNY 628 per set for two, available from November 28 - December 31, 2025.
