Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai has once again been honoured at the SpaChina Wellness and Spa Awards 2025, this time receiving the title of Best Global Wellness Resort of the Year. This marks the third consecutive year the Resort has been recognized by SpaChina for its excellence in holistic wellness. The award highlights the Resort’s transformative wellness offerings, a blend of Vietnamese tradition, mindful design and nature-inspired therapies expertly curated by the Heart of the Earth Spa.

Hosted by SpaChina magazine, the SpaChina Awards celebrate the best in wellness service and innovation, and are widely recognized as a leading benchmark in the Asian spa landscape. This year, the prestigious awards ceremony was held in Suzhou on September 23, 2025.

Accepting the accolade on behalf of the Resort, Spa Manager Oanh Ngo shares her delight, “We are honoured to once again receive this distinction from SpaChina. In previous years, Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai has won several other SpaChina recognitions, including Best Wellness Concept of the Year and Global Spa of the Year.

The Heart of the Earth Spa

At the centre of the Resort’s wellness journey is the Heart of the Earth Spa, inspired by the teachings of Vietnamese Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Therapies reflect the revered monk’s values of creativity, stability and non-judgment, weaving mindfulness into every moment.

Eight treatment pavilions, perched over a lagoon filled with lotus blooms and koi fish, invite guests to align themselves with the rhythms of the earth. Treatments incorporate the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz, the harmonic intonation of nature, paired with carefully selected techniques and vegan products.

Guests can also explore a collection of resonant rituals, from bathing ceremonies to releasing wishing candles in the lagoon. Yoga and meditation sessions take place amid tranquil greenery, offering a profound sense of peace and self-awareness.
