Four Seasons Christmas Catering
Throwing a big Christmas home party at home has never been easier. Executive Chef Andrea Accordi takes the burden from hosts providing three luxury festive roast options, fully prepared and ready to serve.
Turkey is the star of many Christmas dinners. Chef Accordi offers a particularly sumptuous version with a 6-7 kilogram (13-15.5 pound) bird, slow roasted for ten hours to achieve crispy skin and the juiciest meat. The package comes with red cabbage, cranberry compote, purple sweet potatoes mash, chestnut stuffing, pickled cipollini and rosemary jus.
For a turkey alternative, Chef Andrea proudly presents his signature salt and herb crusted Mayura beef platinum short loin that is sure to impress even the most discerning guests. This award-winning Australian wagyu beef varietal gets its special flavour from chocolate fed to the cows for the last two months of their maturation. This unique tasting super-premium beef has as much tenderness as wagyu but more concentrated depth of flavour. The 5 kilogram (11 pound) beef is slow cooked in the oven for the first seven hours and roasted at a high temperature afterwards to brown the crust (guests can request cooking to desired doneness.) The package comes with mouth-watering condiments: potato and black truffle gratin, red onion marmalade, romanesco and mustard jus.
Finally, an 8 kilogram (17.5 pound) French gammon bone-in ham makes for a stunning centrepiece. Glazed with honey and mustard and spiced with cloves, this succulent ham is roasted for eight hours until meltingly tender. Accompanying condiments include: Hokkaido pumpkin and amaretti mash, caramelised chestnut, cinnamon glazed baby carrots, brussels sprouts and horseradish jus.
All festive Christmas takeaway dinners are available to order at the Festive Desk up to 72 hours in advance. The slow roasted turkey is priced at HKD 2,680; the salt and herb crusted Mayura platinum short loin is priced at HKD 4,850 and the gammon ham is priced at HKD 2,680. Portions will serve eight to ten people.

Festive Spa Breaks
Guests can de-stress the season with the newly launched Nourish the Soul package from The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. The perfect gift for the man or woman who has it all, this half day experience begins cleansing the body of negative energy with the traditional practice of sage smudging, followed by a soak in a spiritual bath filled with the scents of the Orient - citrus essential oils, chamomile and marigolds. Stepping out of the water, the guest will find themselves surrounded in the gentle vibrations of a sound bath from Tibetan singing bowls, while the spa therapist stimulates energy flow with a full body massage. The energy transfer is amplified with crystal and healing touch therapy, bringing a new state of mindfulness. Centred and still, guests will retreat to the poolside cafe to nourish the body with a vegan lunch. Finally, guests enjoy a rejuvenating, meditative tea ceremony following a journey of the elements from Earth to cup.
