Lively Sunday Brunch Kicks Off this August at Steadfire Chophouse at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole.



The new Steadfire Chophouse at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole in Teton Village debuts weekly Sunday brunch this August, featuring live music, an extensive raw bar, à la carte brunch classics and bottomless mimosas. The Sunday brunch series kicks off Sunday, August 3, 2025, and will continue into the fall.
“We’re excited to bring a new brunch tradition to the Village,” says Steadfire General Manager Luis Martinez. “Guests and local visitors can expect an energetic atmosphere with live music, bottomless mimosas and lots of fun surprises in the dining room.”
Offered weekly from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, Steadfire’s brunch combines a comfortable, casual environment with a celebratory, à la carte-style menu, complemented by specialty cocktails, tableside presentation and an extensive raw bar enhancement. A focal point of the weekly brunch will be the option to add bottomless mimosas, as well as a menu of brunch cocktails offered à la carte such as Pimm’s Cups, spritzes, and Bloody Mary variations. Brunch guests also will be treated to a selection of complimentary bites – rotating weekly and including such offerings as Overnight Oats, Smoked Salmon and Caviar on a bagel chip and Rock Shrimp Cocktail – presented tableside.
For USD 60, guests can upgrade their brunch with an “all you can eat” raw bar, featuring Shrimp Cocktail, Crab Claws, Scallop Ceviche, and Oysters, served with traditional accompaniments. The extensive à la carte brunch menu features standouts such as the Cowboy Croissant, with egg flan, Korubuta ham and Gruyère, as well as Spiced Fried Chicken & Waffle Sandwich, with candied bacon, pimento cheese and bourbon maple syrup. Guests can also lean into Steadfire’s ranching roots with the 8 oz. Reminisce Ranch Flat Iron & Two Eggs, served with juniper citrus Béarnaise, potato, and zucchini hash cake. Vegetarian options include the Three Sisters Frittata, with zucchini, pole beans, corn, squash blossom, goat cheese and pepita pesto, and Avocado Toast and Arugula Salad, with stone fruit, pistachio and pomegranate dressing.
Reservations and Hours of Operation
Steadfire is open for dinner daily from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm, as well as breakfast from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, and brunch every Sunday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
