June 13, 2025,
Jakarta, Indonesia

Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta invites guests on a voyage of discovery through the archipelago, capturing summer’s essence with offerings that combine seasonal creativity, local flavour and joyful connection. Transformed into a vibrant summer retreat from June through September 2025, the Hotel unveils a fruit-filled afternoon tea, seasonal beverages, and How to Tea sessions with celebrity chef and certified etiquette trainer Vindy Lee.

Limited-Time Afternoon Tea

Available at La Patisserie from June 1 to September 7, 2025, the 101 Days of Summer Afternoon Tea shines with seasonal fruit harvests from across Indonesia — think mango, starfruit, guava pomelo and more. Inspired by summer’s abundance, Executive Pastry Chef Lorenzo Sollecito presents both sweets and savouries woven with tropical fruit flavours.

Arriving at the table like a garden in bloom, the picturesque feast features standouts such as the Mini Mango, paired with Balinese staples like vanilla and dark chocolate, and the Rujak Sphere, an artful elevation of the beloved local Rujak salad.

On the savoury side, look forward to delights such as the Prawn and Starfruit Kebab, balancing tart fruity notes with chicken floss and masala salt, and the Longan Jam and Brie Millefeuille, a French favourite with an unmistakeably Indonesian flair.

Of course, no afternoon tea would be complete without scones, unveiled here in locally inspired flavours like Javanese Green Tea, Lemon and Papaya, and Fermented Cassava and Gula Jawa. Served in the whimsical interiors of La Patisserie, this imaginatively crafted afternoon tea offers a joyful celebration of Indonesia’s summer spirit.
