Available at VIEW and VIEW Terrace from through to April 12, 2026, Afternoon Tea has been reimagined by Pastry Chef Nathan Jacobs for the season: savoury bites including a smoked trout éclair, beef short rib pie and scotch egg sit alongside Easter-inspired sweets, among them a white chocolate and mango gateau, carrot cake with cream cheese, coconut and passion fruit mousse, and a citrus madeleine, served alongside warm scones and, of course, hot cross buns.

Good Friday opens with a relaxed à la carte lunch, a seasonal menu that sets the tone for the days ahead with the care and generosity that have long defined Liebenberg’s kitchen.

Sunday, April, 5 is where the weekend reaches its fullest expression. The Easter Family Brunch runs from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm at ZAR 1,600 per person and is built around abundance and ease: a bread and meze station, live sushi, fresh oysters shucked to order, a carving station with roast leg of lamb and roast beef, plus monkfish and shrimp en croûte. The dessert spread by Jacobs includes a speckled egg red velvet cake, Easter macarons, lemon meringue tart and a live crêpe station.

Outside, an Easter egg hunt, face painting and a visit from the Easter Bunny bring the occasion to life for younger guests and add a layer of pure joy that makes Easter Sunday feel like the best kind of family day out.
