Inspired by the elegant heritage homes of the Peranakan community, Curate is transformed by traditional decorations and vintage touches, setting the stage for soulful Ramadan nights – starting February 18, 2026 and culminating in a grand Hari Raya celebration on March 21-22, 2026.

House of Nyonya: Iftar Buffet at Curate

Showcasing a fusion of Malay and Chinese culture, Curate unveils a spread rooted in Peranakan heritage. The rich, bold flavours of Nyonya cuisine take centre stage at this lavishly diverse spread – an invitation to break fast surrounded by the warmth of community.

Curated by the expertise of Chef Azzam and Chef Ina, the menu gives pride of place to exceptional produce from Malaysia and beyond, while honouring time-honoured Peranakan recipes. Guests can look forward to standouts such as the Chicken Curry Kapitan, Nyonya Curry Green Lobster, and Chef Ina’s Signature Nasi Ulam, elevated with black truffle and minced wagyu beef. The Signature Gear-Box Soup, simmered for hours, offers a taste of comfort and craftmanship, while the Pandan Apam Balik adds finesse to a street food favourite – providing a nostalgic sweet finish.

Bringing a new energy to the buffet experience, Curate enhances Iftar gatherings with live-cooking stations, where dishes are freshly prepared and served – don’t miss the Kambing Golek Utara, whole lamb roasted with Malay spices and served with mandi smoked rice and harissa sauce. Also on offer is a wide selection western favourites, sustainable seafood, and Middle Eastern and Indian delights.
