Flavours of Love: Valentine’s Dinner at The Lounge

Hand in hand, couples arrive at The Lounge for their enchanting Valentine’s journey. The evening opens with a festive clink, as each guest is treated to a glass of bubbles (prosecco or non-alcoholic sparkling wine), before moving on to a five-course feast that merges Italian inspirations with global flavours – a match made in culinary heaven.

Taking centre stage are rare and remarkable ingredients, from truffles, morel mushrooms and wagyu beef to diver scallops, bringing the pleasure of shared discovery to every table. With a live pianist in the house, stirring melodies weave through the air, softly reawakening romance and intimacy. Roses, chocolate pralines and other thoughtful touches invite couples to fully surrender to the magic of Valentine’s Day.
