This Valentine’s Day, guests will rediscover romance at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon.

The stage is set. The breath-taking interiors at Varanda Restaurant are lit with twinkling candlelight and invite guests to experience a St. Valentine’s Day dinner like no other. Inspired by the season’s most delicate ingredients, Executive Chef Pascal Meynard and his talented team have prepared a four-course set menu priced at EUR 95 (without drinks) that is a feast for both eyes and taste buds.

From the crunchy lobster caviar to a black truffle cloud, smoked seabass tartar and a fine de claire oyster full of tang, these appetisers stand ready to seduce. The flavourful menu continues with perfectly seared scallops, appropriately-coloured red mullet and pink sea bream.

Dinner ends on a perfect note. A sweet note of course, that will leave loved ones with butterflies in the stomach. Pastry Chef Fabian Nguyen brings together perennially popular ingredients such as passion fruit, raspberries and lychees with a sudachi sorbet and delightfully light coconut and lime Dacquoise. And Sous Chef Diogo Lopes offers the perfect opportunity for a #sweet story for any Instagram feed in the form of a “love” passion fruit chocolate, a lychee jelly, raspberry and white chocolate ganache “rose,” a dark chocolate “ciamond” infused with tonka beans and an artful “heart” filled with raspberry jelly and a dark chocolate and bergamot ganache.
