Two culinary greats are joining forces for a one-of-a-kind dining experience on Tuesday, October  8, 2024 at Pavyllon London, inside Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. One of the world’s most decorated Michelin-starred chefs, Yannick Alléno, is welcoming esteemed British chef (Michelin-starred chef/owner of the Adam Handling Collection) to the heart of Mayfair, where the pair have co-created a unique eight-course menu, reimagining some of their best dishes.

This collaboration marks the start of Pavyllon London’s highly anticipated Counter-Culture Series, where owner Yannick and Head Chef Benjamin Ferra y Castell invite culinary masters to their impressive kitchen counter – one of the most iconic in London – for an unforgettable evening of gastronomy, with additional dates and chefs to be announced for 2025.

Spanning the length of the restaurant, the open kitchen experience allows guests to witness the precision, skill and theatre of the chefs firsthand. The menu cleverly brings together the chef’s culinary philosophies, combining Yannick’s modern interpretations of French classics with Adam’s passion for inventive British food, sustainability and zero-waste cooking.

Yannick’s creations spotlight the legendary chef’s signature flair, with premium ingredients and sauces showcasing his famous extraction, fermentation, and cryoconcentration techniques. Adam’s zero-waste approach adds a layer of complexity to each dish, with inventive “wasted snacks” highlighting a commitment to sustainability, while the rich selection of Cornish produce pays tribute to his acclaimed restaurants on the UK coast.
