Michelin-starred Pavyllon London at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane brings festive dining to Mayfair with seasonal menus from the world’s most decorated Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno and Head Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell. From celebratory lunches to indulgent Christmas feasts and a spectacular New Year’s Eve tasting menu, British winter produce is reimagined with French finesse for the season’s most elegant celebrations.

Festive Menu Lunch Experience | Three Courses, GBP 75 per person

Watch the chefs in action at the famed Mayfair restaurant counter while enjoying festive catchups or elegant afternoon meetings. Available throughout November and December 2025, the three-course Michelin-starred lunch menu features the Obsiblue prawn, the roasted chicken with yellow wine emulsion, and a cocoa cloud dessert with chocolate sorbet.

Pavyllon Signature Festive Menu | Five Courses, GBP 175 per person

Gourmands are invited to experience Chef Yannick Alléno’s modern French cuisine through a festive lens: refined, seasonal, and full of flair. Available for both lunch and dinner throughout November and December 2025, dishes include a steamed Comté soufflé with seared foie gras, confit seabass aiguillette in a delicate mushroom broth with Prunier caviar, and a refreshing yuzu crémeux to finish. It’s elegant dining in the heart of Mayfair full of festive spirit.

Christmas Eve Dinner | Five Courses, GBP 200 per person

A celebratory five-course dinner is accompanied by live entertainment for the perfect prelude to the big day. Indulgent dishes include poached Scottish langoustine with sesame and shiso, a truffle poularde, and Mont Blanc with whisky ice cream to round off the meal.

Christmas Day Lunch & Dinner | Six Courses, GBP 350 per person

Celebrate Christmas Day in style with an indulgent six-course feast crafted by the talented chefs at Pavyllon London. The menu features dishes such as black truffle and spinach raviole, beef Rossini crowned with seared foie gras, and a cloud-like Nuage Gianduja accompanied by clementine sorbet. A child-friendly menu for mini gourmands is also available (GBP 120). Live entertainment sets the perfect festive scene for an unforgettable Christmas Day experience. Available 12:00 noon - 3:30 pm and 6:00–10:30 pm.

New Year’s Eve Dinner | Six Courses, GBP 395 per person

Welcome 2026 with an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. Multi-Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Alléno presents a six-course tasting menu that blends seasonal British ingredients with modern French culinary artistry. Highlights include a King Crab glazed with Anderean sage cream, the celebrated Wagyu millefeuille, and a decadent golden sphere dessert to close the evening on a high note - complete with live entertainment and a midnight toast. 

Private Dining Experiences at Pavyllon Privé | From GBP 180 per person

Pavyllon Privé offers tailored private dining experiences with curated menus and handpicked wines, from relaxed four-course feasts to indulgent six-course celebrations. Perfect for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or any special occasion with friends, family, or colleagues, seating from 8 to 40 people.  Menus in the private dining room include The Winter Table Experience for GBP 180 per person and The Celebration Experience for GBP 295 per person.
