Yannick Alléno - the world’s most Michelin-starred chef and the visionary behind Pavyllon London - is bringing the spirit of The Championships to the restaurant with The Final Set — a limited-edition four-course menu served throughout the tournament from June 29 to July 12, 2026.

The menu is available for lunch and dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant located within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, and has been created specifically for Wimbledon season. Inspired by the traditions of the SW19 district, home to The Championships, and the height of the British summer season, it pairs Alléno’s refined modern French cooking with British ingredients.

Seasonal ingredients and delicate technique shape each course, beginning with a Saint Ewe soft egg and bluefin tuna tartare, followed by the Pavyllon’s signature green lasagna inspired by culinary legend Luigi Taglienti. A seabass aiguillette served with dashi, caviar, and Isigny cream follows, before concluding with Les Chocolats de Chef Yannick Alléno. For those seeking an elevated finale, an additional course is available - a sugar-coated strawberry tart with vanilla cream.
