  • To celebrate its reopening, the restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid held a party for the media, influencers and most loyal Hotel guests to enjoy the most highly anticipated launch of the season with the best live entertainment and a new gastronomy offer
  • Once again demonstrating the versatility of this space, the top place-to-be in Madrid revealed a refreshed look for the new season, a new concept and a new menu
  • Party guests were able to enjoy the new flavours embodied at ISA alongside previously unseen performances by national and international artists

Celebrating a fresh start at the pinnacle of the Madrid social scene on the first floor of the best corner in the capital deserved an event of the same calibre as the venue. Hence why ISA, the contemporary gastronomy concept at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, held a reopening party to highlight its most up-to-date look yesterday, Thursday, October 6, 2022. To emphasise the leading role played by its gastronomy concept, the restaurant presented a change of menu with which to revolutionise the offer in Madrid and maintain its spot as the top place-to-be.

The outstanding flavours at the restaurant have been enhanced by the addition of new flavours in exquisite and daring dishes that match its signature cocktails perfectly. Naturally, the characteristic Asian-Mediterranean inspiration for the flavours that leave the kitchen at ISA remains strong but has been enhanced. This evolution is also reflected in the pairing with fun new cocktails, bringing flavours that guests have never experienced before

Flavour and Music for Presenting the New Concept

Guests thoroughly enjoyed and welcomed all the surprises that awaited them during the event. For an evening in which mystery was the central theme, the new menu was accompanied by the eclectic sounds of Miguel Benítez. Accompanied by his hang, a metal instrument made from a single hollow piece of metal that is played with the hands as a percussion instrument, the musician entertained guests during dinner with his subtle execution of notes and musical scales.

Showmanship and movement were not lacking at the event, with stellar performances by dancers from The Morphettes, whose impossible contemporary contortionism accompanied the parade of exquisite dishes around the stage. Magic and illusion were provided by Mirko Callaci, the most award-winning magician in the world who, after visiting 40 different countries, brought an incredible act to the exciting atmosphere. Together, these performers added a touch of excitement, magic and subtlety to the reopening night.

When the time came to bring out the cocktails, the evening welcomed in DJ Sandro Bianchi - one of the regular evening DJs at ISA. Alongside the voice of British singer Colonel Red, they provided a soundscape for the final dance that concluded this very special night at the top place-to-be in Madrid.
