Isa Restaurant & Cocktail Bar is reopening one of the best-kept secrets in Madrid: Speak Isa, its secret rooftop terrace on the eighth floor of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. This space, which will only be open for a limited time, returns on May 10 and will transform the rooftop terrace every Sunday until July 26, 2026 into a hive of entertainment where mixology, music and gastronomy set the pace of the evening.

With a décor designed to evoke that speakeasy vibe, the experience offers a different way to enjoy the rooftop: more intimate, more sensory and set against a backdrop of the Madrid skyline. Nestled somewhere between a late aperitif and evening delights, this initiative consolidates Isa as one of the most dynamic venues in the city’s gastronomy and social circles.

The liquid offer once again stands as a major pillar of the initiative. Designed by Miguel Pérez, Head Bartender at Isa, the menu takes inspiration from thesSakura universe to reinterpret cherry blossom through some fresh, aromatic and delicate cocktails. Such creations as Kyoto Bloom, Cherry Blossom and Tokyo Hana Punch offer some floral and fruity drinks based on precision mixology that is perfectly in line with the Isa language.

The experience is made complete with a bento box designed exclusively for this terrace venue. This traditional Japanese style, which was initially conceived as a careful selection of small bites presented in a single box, has been reinterpreted by Isa from a contemporary and avant-garde perspective. The format brings Isa cuisine to a selection of small courses designed for sharing, which include such dishes as the O’Toro gilda, the banbanji and the kimchi with crispy nori. These flexible yet impeccable food menu items accompany the cocktails perfectly and enhance the casual nature of the concept overall.

Speak Isa opens every Sunday from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am, and entry will be granted by booking only. The experience begins in the Isa restaurant, where the team will welcome guests and lead them up to the terrace as a way to reinforce the secret and immersive nature of the concept. This initiative once again places the Isa rooftop terrace on the seasonal radar amid cocktails, city views and a different way to understand the Madrid nightlife.
