Isa, the dynamic restaurant and cocktail bar at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, is reopening its doors with a refreshed offer that confirms its position as one of the most essential gastronomy and entertainment destinations in the capital. The new menu at Isa Restaurant & Cocktail Bar offers a gastronomic journey around Asia that has been reinterpreted using contemporary techniques and a daring approach. From nigiris flambéed tableside and Peking duck baos to the iconic wagyu katsu sando with ossetra caviar, each dish combines authenticity and creativity to be shared and enjoyed in casual but sophisticated surroundings.

Some of the most outstanding new ideas include such items as the Himiko roll, the char siu pluma brochette and the tempura octopus brioches with anticuchera mayonnaise. To coincide with the hotel’s 5th anniversary, Isa Restaurant & Cocktail Bar is celebrating the occasion with special offerings created for the date: from September 25 to 28, 2025, guests with dinner reservations will be able to enjoy a selection of cocktails for EUR 5 — a unique opportunity to toast to this anniversary and soak up Isa’s most festive atmosphere.

Subsequently, from September 28 to October 5, a special EUR 50 menu will be available, offering guests the chance to embark on a unique culinary journey full of surprising flavours.

Led by head bartender Miguel Pérez, the cocktails offer a genuine journey through time. The new cocktail menu has been designed to represent an accordion and is split into two intercommunicating chapters.

The cocktails in the first section are an ode to the roots of classical cocktail making under “Dentō,” tradition, where purity and simplicity reign supreme, including The Legend of the Chinese Dragon or Atomic Highball. “Hayaso,” on the other hand, represents the future and speed with dynamic and surprising creations that use meticulously controlled innovative techniques, including Nitro Poppy or La Chismosa, challenging convention without sacrificing the soul of the product.

These two worlds coexist in perfect harmony and invite guests to choose between the ancestral or the cutting-edge, but always with that special Isa touch.
