Summer in Madrid already has a taste of its own, and it’s being served from high above. To coincide with International Burger Day, the Dani Brasserie rooftop at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is once again becoming one of the season’s must-visit dining destinations with Las Hamburguesas de Dani, a concept that translates Dani García’s creative universe into three limited-edition burgers that retain the hallmarks of Dani García’s cuisine – product, technique and flavour – while incorporating Asian influences through a cosmopolitan and contemporary lens.

The menu, comprising three burgers, begins with the Izakaya Burger, a version inspired by Japanese cuisine. It is made with wagyu beef, pickled shiitake mushrooms, yuzu gel and green shiso. This is followed by La Burger que se come bien, a more European-style burger featuring a potato brioche bun, truffle-infused Bull sauce, caramelised onions, mushroom duxelle, Comté cheese and fresh truffle. The menu concludes with the KatsuTuna Burger, a fresher take with a Mediterranean twist, made with Almadraba bluefin tuna, tonkatsu mayonnaise and traditional kimchi.

The burgers form part of Dani Brasserie’s more laid-back offering, a menu designed for sharing, lingering over a meal and enjoying the rooftop terrace in a more informal setting. Starting with brunch, the menu blends naturally with Spring & Bubbles, the venue’s cocktail experience featuring light highballs – a cocktail style in which a spirit base is lightened with a fizzy mix and plenty of ice, prioritising freshness and lightness to match the rhythm of summer in Madrid.

Among the new creations, Hanami stands out, inspired by the Japanese tradition of admiring cherry blossoms, featuring Roku, St-Germain, Amaro Santoni, strawberries and sakura tea. Bonnie offers a warmer, more enveloping profile, blending Macallan 12 with Príncipe amontillado, plum, mango and lemongrass. Issai is a vibrant and contemporary cocktail made with Hibiki Harmony, Chartreuse, yuzu, Japanese kiwi and green shiso.

With this limited edition, Dani Brasserie once again reinforces its cosmopolitan and dynamic image, bringing together cuisine, a terrace and cocktails on one of the rooftops that best encapsulates a Madrid summer.
