With its new catering service, Four Seasons Hotel Milano now brings its attention to detail, elegance, and taste directly to every private event in the city and beyond. To stay true to its hallmark and personalize every detail, the new catering service begins with a consultation with the client, analyzing, studying, and understanding every detail and desire, and selecting an event manager who guides clients through the entire planning process to best realize every wish.
From the kitchens of Zelo, the hotel's restaurant led by the Executive Chef Fabrizio Borraccino, the selected raw materials become the heart of the flavours from which personalized menus are created, with the possibility of tasting them before confirmation to ensure the set goals. Appetizers, first and second courses, small pastries, and creative desserts accompany the selection of fine wines, beverages, cocktails, digestifs, and coffee.
The catering team can create any type of offer, including vegetarian or vegan options or those suitable for guests with food intolerances, ensuring a tailored gastronomic experience for everyone, both before and during the event. In addition to creating the offer, the hotel's internal staff provides a service that includes the choice of creative ideas, entertainment, table settings, floral arrangements, and on the day of the event, the event manager, along with a maître, waiters, and chefs, and will coordinate everything.
"My role is to transform every event into a unique experience, to tell a special story by paying the utmost attention to every detail. Every occasion is an opportunity to create unforgettable moments and leave a mark on people's hearts," says Chiara Massini, Director of Catering at the hotel.
The new service offers the flexibility to organize any private event, dinner, or corporate aperitif anywhere in Milan and its surroundings – adapting to the most personal visions, whether in a chosen location or one of the hotel’s exclusive partner locations, such as the Bagatti Valsecchi Museum, Casa Conte, the Poldi Pezzoli Museum, or the Vignale Residence. For those who also desire a lunch or dinner created by Four Seasons, the team is ready to organize even a work break in the office or a special dinner starting from two people. There is also the possibility of having a bar mixologist service to make private events even more special.
