Thanksgiving at Mara: Thursday, November 26

Mara invites you to enjoy a warm and traditional Thanksgiving buffet crafted with heart. Indulge in a carving station featuring Mojo Verde Roasted Turkey Breast, Glazed Ham, and Salmon Coulibiac, alongside classic sides including mashed potatoes, maple-roasted yams, sage stuffing, green bean casserole, fried Brussels sprouts, and winter squash soup.

Save room for seasonal pies and an assortment of fall-inspired sweets. Whether you’re celebrating with friends, family, or colleagues, Mara’s Thanksgiving buffet brings all the familiar favorites together in a welcoming, festive atmosphere.

Mara Thanksgiving To Go 2026: Order Before Friday, November 20 – Pick Up on Thursday, November 26

This Thanksgiving, skip the stress but keep the flavor. Mara is delighted to bring back our annual Thanksgiving To-Go, so you can leave the cooking (and dishes) to us. This year’s menu will include butternut squash soup, kale salad, oven roasted turkey, gravy and cranberry sauce, sourdough stuffing with bacon and roasted apple, mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts with caramelized onions and Marcona almonds, and one pecan pie and one pumpkin pie.

  • Thanksgiving To-Go orders placed by Friday November 20 will be ready for pick up on Thursday, November 26, between 8 am and 12 noon. After you place your order, you will be contacted by our team to set up a pickup time.

Thanksgiving at Nordic Village: Thursday, November 26

Enjoy a thoughtfully prepared three-course Scandinavian-inspired menu featuring traditional holiday classics, all served in the comforts of your own cozy cabin perched on the hotel’s rooftop.

The menu includes your choice of butternut squash soup or baby kale salad, oven roasted turkey, traditional gravy with cranberry sauce, sourdough stuffing with bacon and roasted apple, mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts with caramelized onion and Marcona almonds and your choice of pumpkin cream pie or pecan pie for dessert.

Santa Brunch at Mara: Sunday, December 6 and Sunday, December 13, 2026

A beloved holiday tradition returns to Mara with two opportunities for a magical holiday experience with something for everyone to enjoy. Families are invited to partake in an abundant buffet featuring brunch favorites, a dedicated children's buffet, an irresistible selection of festive desserts, and a special visit from Santa Claus himself.

Highlights include a prime rib and glazed ham carving station, shrimp cocktail, sorghum pancakes, seasonal salads, pastries, a chocolate fountain, and more.

Christmas Eve at Mara: Thursday, December 24, 2026

On Christmas Eve, Mara invites guests to indulge in an elegant four-course culinary celebration. The prix-fixe menu begins with a festive canapé and offers a choice of appetizer, entrée, and dessert, thoughtfully crafted by the restaurant's culinary team. Optional wine pairings are available. No a la carte dinner service will be offered that evening.

For a more casual gathering, Bar Mara will offer its regular menu and beverage service throughout the evening.

Nordic Village Christmas Eve Experience: Thursday, December 24, 2026

Guests seeking a uniquely memorable holiday celebration can reserve a private Nordic Village cabin and enjoy a four-course Nordic-inspired dinner on the rooftop.

Christmas Day at Mara: Friday, December 25, 2026

Gather with family and friends for Mara's annual Christmas Day Buffet – a joyful celebration of seasonal flavors and time spent with loved ones – featuring holiday favorites, Mediterranean-inspired specialties, raw bar offerings, carving stations, and festive desserts.

Menu highlights include an oyster and seafood bar, smoked salmon, roasted prime rib, glazed ham, winter salads, seasonal vegetables, winter squash soup, pastries, and a chocolate fountain.

Nordic Village Christmas Day Experience: Friday, December 25, 2026

For a more intimate holiday experience, guests can celebrate Christmas Day in a Nordic Village private cabin. The special four-course menu draws inspiration from Scandinavian holiday traditions and features luxurious ingredients including premium caviar and prime beef alongside seasonal winter accompaniments the reflect the simplicity and elegance of Nordic cuisine.

    Seatings: 12:00-12:30 pm, 3:00-3:30 pm, and 6:00-6:30 pm
  • Bar Mara will also be open throughout the holiday, serving its regular food and beverage menu.

New Year's Eve at Mara: Thursday, December 31, 2026

Ring in the new year with an unforgettable culinary celebration at Mara. Guests may choose between two exclusive dining experiences, each designed to showcase the finest flavors of the season. Optional wine pairings are available.

Designed exclusively for New Year's Eve, both menus will celebrate the craftsmanship of Mara's culinary team while marking the close of one year and the promise of the next.

New Year’s Eve at Bar Mara

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Bar Mara with the restaurant’s signature menu and a selection of festive cocktails. DJ Chris will keep the party going from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., with beverage service available through 1 a.m.

Seating and standing room are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Nordic Village New Year's Eve Celebration: Thursday, December 31, 2026

Nordic Village offers an extraordinary way to welcome the New Year. Toast to new beginnings with an exclusive five-course Nordic-inspired menu featuring luxurious caviar, premium seafood, prime cuts of beef, and elegant winter accompaniments, all served within a cozy private cabin setting.

New Year's Day at Mara and Nordic Village: Friday, January 1, 2027

Ring in the new year at Mara with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, featuring enhanced menu offerings to kick off 2027. Guests may also enjoy Nordic Village's signature four-course Nordic dining experience in private cabins.
