Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is pleased to announce the return of Nordic Village on Friday, November 6, marking the annual winter experience's five-year anniversary. Nordic Village has become one of the city's most anticipated seasonal traditions, transforming the hotel's outdoor terrace into an enchanting Scandinavian-inspired destination for memorable dining, celebrations, and winter gatherings.

To commemorate the milestone, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated culinary experience created by Executive Chef Martín Morelli and the Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis culinary team. The anniversary menu showcases elevated Nordic flavors, beginning with a welcome canapé featuring a deviled egg topped with salmon roe, pickled onion, crispy onion, and dill.

Highlights include traditional dishes such as Doppi Gryta, a comforting chicken consommé served with root vegetables and Danish seeded rye bread, alongside starters including Beet Salad, Beef Tartare, Lox Tartine, and Skagen Toast. Guests may choose from a selection of signature Nordic-inspired entrées including Swedish Meatballs with lingonberries and pickled cucumber, Niman Ranch Short Rib with roasted onion mashed potatoes, Wild Acres Smoked Half Chicken, Hen of the Woods Stroganoff, and Loch Duart Salmon finished with aquavit beurre blanc.

Dessert offerings celebrate Scandinavian baking traditions with favorites such as World's Best Cake, featuring meringue, vanilla custard, and toasted almonds, and a rich Swedish Sticky Chocolate Torte ("Kladdkaka") served with raspberry sauce.

"For five years, Nordic Village has brought guests together to embrace the beauty of winter in Minneapolis," said Executive Chef Martín. "This anniversary season honours the traditions that have made Nordic Village so special while introducing refined culinary touches that elevate the experience even further."

Designed in partnership with MartinPatrick3 to evoke the charm of a Nordic winter retreat, Nordic Village offers an intimate setting for date nights, family celebrations, holiday gatherings, and corporate entertaining. Guests can enjoy warm hospitality, seasonal cocktails, and chef-driven cuisine surrounded by twinkling lights, rich wood elements, and rustic-chic décor, providing the cozy atmosphere of a true mountain retreat in the heart of downtown Minneapolis.

With views of the city skyline, Nordic Village includes five cabins suitable for up to four guests, three cabins seating up to eight guests, and The Lodge, the cozy cabin-inspired bar experience offering an à la carte light bites and drinks menu, seating up to 24 guests.
