Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley, the Forbes Five-Star and Michelin-key luxury resort in the heart of wine country, has unveiled two newly renovated residences within its Villa and Residence Rentals program. Part of a residential portfolio of 20 private homes with 11 available for guests, the refreshed three-bedroom villas now feature expansive outdoor living, mature olive trees, and new amenities designed for year-round Napa Valley escapes.

“Families come for birthdays, friends for reunions, couples for anniversaries. Every villa has its own character — some with plunge pools, others with hot tubs or bocce courts. What they all share is space, privacy, and the legendary service that makes Four Seasons different,” says Robby Delaney, General Manager.

Premier Vineyard and Mountain Three-Bedroom Villa with Saltwater Plunge Pool

Spanning 2,500 square feet and offering accommodating up to eight guests, this chic residence sits at the edge of the Resort overlooking the Estate and neighbouring Kenefick Ranch Vineyards, with the Palisades Mountains rising in the distance. Sliding glass doors open to a private stone terrace framed by olive trees, where an all-season heated saltwater pool with integrated hot tub offers year-round relaxation. A barbecue grill and fire pit extend the living space outdoors, setting the stage for relaxed wine country evenings under the stars.

Inside, farmhouse-chic décor complements a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, three full bathrooms, two with deep soaking tubs and one with an outdoor shower. The villa operates with solar-assisted green energy, blending sustainability with comfort.

Premier Vineyard and Mountain Three-Bedroom Villa with Hot Tub & Bocce Court

Designed for families and friends seeking a private retreat, this 2,500-square-foot villa accommodates up to seven guests. Italian-style landscaping with mature olive trees surrounds an oversized eight-by-twelve-foot hot tub and a private bocce court, both designed for year-round enjoyment. A terrace with a barbecue grill and fire pit creates the perfect backdrop for afternoons that linger into starlit nights, paired with Calistoga’s finest Cabernet Sauvignon.

Inside, refreshed furnishings and expansive living areas flow seamlessly outdoors. Guests enjoy three full bathrooms, including two with deep soaking tubs and one with an outdoor shower, alongside a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and washer and dryer for ease during extended stays.

“It’s the mix of space and service that makes the magic,” Delaney continues. “You might start the day with yoga on your terrace, head out wine tasting, then come back to find your chef preparing lunch. Some nights it’s a massage in the living room, other times a rare wine tasting with our sommelier, or making s’mores with the kids. The homes flex to whatever your perfect day looks like.”

Exclusively for residence guests, curated experiences bring each stay to life: private chef dinners, in-villa spa rituals from Spa Talisa, yoga classes overlooking the vineyards, grocery stocking tailored to personal preferences, and wine cellars curated by the resort’s in-house sommeliers.

“People assume you need a big group, but some of our most memorable stays are just couples who want room to spread out,” Delaney adds. “We’ve seen brides turn villas into glam suites, grandparents unwind while kids play in the yard, and even outdoor cinemas set up in the gardens. These are real homes that can transform into whatever you need, with our team there to make it effortless.”

Rates for three-bedroom residence villa rentals begin at USD 4,950 per night. Villas with private water features, such as pools or hot tubs, begin at USD 5,950 per night. Offering expansive layouts, vineyard views, and complete privacy, these luxury vacation rentals in Napa Valley often prove more efficient than booking multiple suites while providing exponentially more space, flexibility, and personalization.

Only at Four Seasons – Signature Experiences

Available for residence guests, bespoke moments bring Napa Valley living to life. Families can now enjoy a watercolour session on the terrace with local artist Nancy Willis or a cookie-decorating class with Pastry Chef Celine Plano. Private dinners prepared in guest's villas, curated wine tastings arranged by the sommeliers, and holistic treatments from Spa Talisa allow each stay to unfold with ease. With Michelin-starred Auro, vineyard-view pools, and the on-site Elusa Winery nearby, every Napa Valley villa rental balances privacy with the pleasures of Calistoga’s only winery resort.

Special Room Package: Experience More

Guests booking stays between September 12 and December 25, 2025 can take advantage of the Experience More package, receiving a resort credit of up to USD 800 to enjoy dining, wellness, and curated in-residence experiences.
