Rivière, the New Rooftop Restaurant and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, is Now Accepting Reservations
The French Riviera-inspired restaurant will open to the public on May 19
Four Seasons Hotel Nashville announces that its rooftop restaurant and bar, Rivière, is now accepting reservations, and reveals details about the restaurant’s menu. The al fresco French Riviera-inspired restaurant, located on the Hotel’s seventh-floor pool deck, opens to the public on May 19, 2023, offering a fresh, modern all-day menu and spectacular views of the Cumberland River and downtown Nashville.
“Everything on our Rivière menu was designed to be vibrant, refreshing, and modern with a touch of whimsy,” says Chef Patrick Hodge. “When developing the menu, we sought inspiration from the French Riviera but incorporated playful Southern spins whenever possible. From sharable snacks to healthy salads to heartier entrées, our menu offers something for everyone. And the inventive cocktails and mocktails and our colourful desserts are not to be missed!”
Rivière’s dining space will be open from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm daily and will serve an all-day menu of snacks, salads, sandwiches, entrées, desserts, and drinks. Highlights from the menu include:
- Oyster Selection - cucumber granita, mignonette pearls, lime zest
- Watermelon Gazpacho Popsicles - strawberry, cucumber, black sesame seeds
- Carrot Salad - charred carrots and parsnips, whipped ricotta, peanuts, toasted pistachios, sesame seeds, smoked honey, Calabrian salsa
- Ratatouille Panini - grilled eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, tomato jam, rosemary focaccia
- Wagyu Burger - Sweetwater pimento cheese, onion marmalade, lettuce, tomato, house pickle, fennel aioli
- Coconut Rum Cake - lemon-olive oil cake, coconut rum, white chocolate ganache, passion fruit gel
The selection of handcrafted cocktails includes American Honey (Casamigos Reposado, Mike’s hot honey syrup, lemon), We’re Going to the Chapel (Hendricks gin, Absolut Elyx, St-Germain, peach liqueur, hibiscus syrup, lime), and Lavender Haze (Captain Morgan Private Stock, Combier Banana, Velvet Falernum, pineapple juice, ube coconut milk, yuzu). Rivière also offers a selection of zero proof cocktails, sparkling and still wines, and beers, in addition to a full bar. The full menu can be viewed on the Hotel website.
To celebrate the opening month of Rivière with Nashville’s local community, first-time guests at the restaurant who make a reservation for lunch Monday through Friday until June 16, 2023 will receive a complimentary glass of Veuve Clicquot or a mocktail upon arrival.
Inspired by the sights, sounds, and flavours of the French Riviera, Rivière’s lively French disco ambiance will be accented by French pop music, live acoustic performances, and weekend residencies by DJs. A blend of dining tables, lounge areas, and bar seating, Rivière has capacity for around 100 guests at the bar and restaurant area of the deck. The full Rivière menu will also be available at lounge chairs on the pool deck, reserved for Hotel guests and Four Seasons residents. The restaurant will be open seasonally, weather permitting, seven days a week from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
