Celebrate Pizza and Pasta Month This October at Ravello at Four Seasons Resort Orlando

October is both National Pizza Month and National Pasta Month, and Ravello, the Italian restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, is celebrating with a special three-course menu available exclusively Sunday through Wednesday nights.

For USD 36 per person (tax and gratuity additional), patrons can enjoy choice of salad, personal size pizza, and pasta course.

The menu includes choice of cesare, insalata mista or blood orange and portobello salad; choice of spaghetti (homemade spaghetti, San Marzano tomato and crunchy basil), creste di gallo (pinot grigio cream sauce, wood fired asparagus, carrots, spinach, ricotta salata), or pappardelle pasta (traditional Bolognese with pecorino cheese); and choice of margherita pizza (tomato, basil and mozzarella), pizza alla salsiccia (homemade Italian sausage, pepperoni, cured ham, mozzarella, basil oil); 'nduja pizza (pomodorini sauce, ‘nduja sausage, oregano, parmigiano, mozzarella) or bianca pizza (ricotta sauce, mushrooms, arugula, truffle oil).

The Ravello pizza and pasta are all housemade, featuring imported Italian flour and lots of flavour. Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi hails from Torino, Italy and is an accomplished Italian chef, winner of the 2015 Paolo Bertani Award for Italian culinary excellence.

Ravello Date Night

On Sunday and Monday nights only throughout the month of October 2016, adults seeking to enjoy a “date night” dinner in Ravello have the option of sending little ones off to play with the Kids For All Seasons team. Families are always welcome at Ravello; however, on these two nights, there is the option of sending children to enjoy fun and games at Kids For All Seasons, which is located on the Resort grounds and fully staffed by childcare professionals.  Ravello guests can enjoy the special Pizza & Pasta Menu and also order from the regular Ravello menu, which includes such specialties as a pan-seared branzino and a 16-oz dry-aged prime ribeye steak.  Advance reservations with minimum 24-hour notice are required as space is limited; contact 407 313 6161.*
