Four Seasons Resort Orlando Participates in “Magical Dining” with Three-Course Menu at Ravello

This summer, dine for a cause at Ravello at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, as the restaurant takes part in the 20th year of VISIT ORLANDO’s Magical Dining season, offered August 15 through September 30, 2025. The Michelin-recommended Ravello Restaurant features authentic Italian cuisine in a beautiful resort setting, with a vibrant open kitchen in the main dining room, and an al fresco terrace overlooking the resort’s lakeside scenery. Ravello will offer a prix-fixe three-course menu for USD 60 per person, crafted by Italian-native Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi and his esteemed culinary team.

Many of the dishes at Ravello were inspired by Chef Fabrizio’s upbringing in Torino, Italy, with some recipes originating straight from his nonna’s kitchen, crafted with ingredients including olive oil and flour imported from Italy, as well as fresh herbs from the Chef’s garden at the resort. The restaurant’s authenticity earned it a “100 Percent Italian Taste Certification” at the Platinum Level, the highest rank. Ravello is the first restaurant in the United States to receive this designation, bestowed upon by the Milan, Italy based ITA0039 100% Italian Taste Certification organization, which uses ASACERT assessment and accreditation to inspect, evaluate, and determine the rating.

The Ravello Magical Dining menu includes:

Choice of appetizer:

• Carpaccio Di Manzo – beef tenderloin, grilled artichokes, pecorino sardo, agrumato
• Gamberi Origanate – shrimp, cantaloupe, melon, spinach, Calabrian chili lemon vinaigrette
• Caponata di Melanzane con Burrata e Crostini – Sicilian Caponata, Burrata cheese, mint oil

Choice of entree:

• Agnello Scottato alle Erb – lamb loin, farro verde, jus
• Polleto alla Griglia – grilled chicken, roasted garlic mashed potatoe, charred broccolini, chicken jus
• Branzino e Salsa Verde – whole pan seared branzino, piedmonte salsa verde, sautéed haricot verts, cipollini onions, arugula

Choice of dessert:

• Cannoli Classico – orange blossom ricotta cream, chocolate caramel spread
• Pistachio Affogato – Umbria espresso, Sicilian pistachio gelato
• Torta Caprese al Limone – raspberry gel, lemon mascarpone cream

Additionally, a red wine flight and a white wine flight with three two-ounce pours is available. The red wine flight is USD 30, and the white wine flight is USD 25.

For each USD 60 Magical Dining meal, USD 2 will be donated to VISIT ORLANDO’s Magical Dining fund. The donated funds will support the REED Charitable Foundation, an organization that implements programs across Central Florida to help equip children with the tools to read, succeed and thrive. Proceeds from Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining presented by Orlando Health will help REED Charitable Foundation strengthen current partnerships with organizations such as Orange County Public Schools, Lift Orlando, Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida, Adult Literacy League, UCP Charter Schools, and the Winter Park Library, among others, as well as expand educator training programs throughout Orange County. To date, REED Charitable Foundation has trained 1,376 educators in Orange County, impacting approximately 172,000 students over the past 5 years. Additionally, VISIT ORLANDO will also use Magical Dining funds to award a USD 3,000 donation to one local nonprofit in each of Orange County’s six commission districts that also support this cause.
