Providing a front-row seat to autumn’s splendour, the panoramic terraces at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi introduce a selection of aperitivo offerings – the perfect way to begin an evening at French restaurant est and Italian restaurant PIGNETO.

From champagne to Aperol Spritz, the seasonal sipping journey unfolds 39 storeys above the streets of Tokyo. Cooled by the crisp fall breeze, the open-air terrace invites guests to linger under the ever-changing Tokyo sky. Radiant sunset colours give way to a magical twilight – until at last, the stars come out, casting their silver glow over glittering skyscrapers and sprawling gardens.

Krug Champagne at est Terrace

A perfect pairing of fine champagne and artful cuisine. Guests dining at Michelin-starred est can start their sojourn with a glass of Krug champagne out on the elegant terrace. Known to reflect the unique characteristics of its vineyards, this prestige cuvée reveals its pleasures against jewelled skies, setting the stage for est’s Autumn Terroir menu. For guests who wish to explore further, a Krug tasting flight featuring three expressions is also available.

As night deepens, the experience continues indoors, where Chef Guillaume Bracaval presents nine exquisite courses shaped by the fall harvest. Grounded in classic French techniques yet inspired by the individuality of each ingredient, Chef Guillaume’s elevated cuisine celebrates terroir, seasonality and the inherent beauty of nature’s flavours.

Weekday aperitivo hours kick off with a thoughtful curation of free flow drinks – fine wines, Aperol Spritz, draft beer, and alcohol-free options like oolong tea. Guests can also nibble on authentic Italian appetisers prepared by the culinary team at PIGNETO. As dramatic Tokyo views unfold to a lively social rhythm, the Terrazza welcomes couples, friends and colleagues alike for autumn aperitivo in the sky.
