Florie’s by Mauro Colagreco Presents an Intimate Wine Dinner Series at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach
Florie’s by Mauro Colagreco invites guests to embark on a season-long journey through some of the world’s most celebrated wine regions and estates with an intimate Wine Dinner Series at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. From the distinctive wines of the South of France with acclaimed winemaker Gérard Bertrand, to an evening dedicated to Harlan Estate and its coveted Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, the series will bring exceptional producers and vintages to Palm Beach, culminating in May with an extraordinarily intimate Opus One finale limited to just 12 guests.
Each evening will pair a thoughtfully selected collection of wines with a four-course menu specially created by Chef Mauro Colagreco, drawing inspiration from the character, provenance and story behind each featured selection. Limited to 24 guests, the experience will begin with a welcome pour and canapés on Florie’s terrace before continuing in the Private Dining Room, where guests will be seated together for an intimate dinner designed to encourage conversation, discovery and a deeper appreciation of each wine.
"Wine has an extraordinary ability to express a sense of place, and that is what makes this series so inspiring. I have always cooked in dialogue with nature, the seasons and the people who work the land, and it is the same spirit that guides these evenings. For each dinner, we begin with the wine, its origin, its character, its story, and create a menu that responds to it, so that guests can discover a terroir through the eyes of those who bring it to life," says Chef Mauro Colagreco.
