Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita proudly announces that all three of its signature restaurants – Aramara, Bahía by Richard Sandoval, and Dos Catrinas – have been honoured with the prestigious “Award of Excellence” as part of Wine Spectator’s 2025 Restaurant Awards. This global accolade celebrates outstanding wine programs at restaurants around the world whose wine lists feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers, along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style. This accolade underscores the restaurant's commitment to delivering an exceptional culinary journey that celebrates the rich heritage and flavours of various cuisines.

"Being recognized across multiple restaurants is a true reflection of our team’s unwavering commitment to excellence – not only in world-class cuisine but in delivering exceptional wine experiences," says John O’Sullivan, Regional Vice President and General Manager, Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita. "We are immensely proud of our talented sommeliers and culinary teams, whose passion and innovation continue to shape wine lists that celebrate both regional depth and global diversity."

About the Award-Winning Restaurants:

  • Aramara – Fusing Asian techniques with fresh Mexican ingredients, Aramara features a globally inspired wine list with more than 120 selections. Its curated offerings focus on harmony with the menu’s umami-forward flavours, emphasizing aromatic whites and structured reds, with a strong representation from Latin America and Europe.
  • Bahía by Richard Sandoval – This toes-in-the-sand upscale beachside restaurant showcases coastal cuisine alongside a wine list that complements its wood-fired dishes. With 85 options and an emphasis on crisp whites, rosés, and bold reds, Bahía celebrates both New World varietals and organic producers.
  • Dos Catrinas – For the second consecutive year, Dos Catrinas receives the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for its all-Mexican wine list, highlighting premium small-batch selections from across the country. With 95 wines by the bottle and 18 by the glass, the program champions female winemakers and sustainable practices.

From elevated beachfront dinners to refined, artfully crafted culinary experiences, each restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita invites guests to discover vibrant flavours and expertly curated wine pairings in settings that reflect the natural beauty and cultural richness of Punta Mita.
