Global Wellness Day

First recognized in 2012, Global Wellness Day is an annual, international day dedicated to raising awareness of overall health and prioritizing well-being. To celebrate Global Wellness Day on Saturday, June 14, 2025, join The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe for activities and revitalizing experiences including:

• Guided Community Hike, 8:30 to 9:30 am - Meet at the Adventure Center for the complimentary Camino Encantado hike, led by Four Seasons staff through the rolling foothills around the property. Learn about the flora, fauna, and Native American and Spanish cultural roots of the area. This 1.5-mile (2.4 kilometre), roundtrip hike is suitable for most ages and activity levels.
• Mindful Movement Yoga, 10:00 to 11:00 am - Enjoy a relaxing yoga practice promoting mindfulness through meditation, breathwork and movement. Reconnect with body and mind while building community through wellness.    

Additional Wellness

While on property on Global Wellness Day, stay for a well-being brunch in Terra on Saturday, June 14, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, featuring healthy items including smoothies, acai bowls and more. Items are priced a la carte.

Summer Solstice

Summer Solstice is a day of energy and renewal, celebrating the nourishing light of the sun. Welcome the longest day of the year and kick off summer with special programming on Friday, June 20, 2025:

• Somatic Soul-stice, presented by Red Thread, 6:45 to 7:45 pm - Embrace creativity through conscious movement, meditation and intention setting with Somatic Soul-stice, exclusive to Four Seasons and presented by Red Thread and wellness practitioner Alison Beckner. The journey includes elements of Reiki and sound healing to promote integration and relaxation. The evening concludes with a celebratory toast during the first summer sunset at 8:23 pm at Terra Bar. Every Somatic Soul-stice ticket includes one complimentary Soul-stice cocktail; the cost is USD 50 per person.
