Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley announces the launch of its highly anticipated new seasonal menu, debuting on September 16, 2024. The refreshed menu promises to transport diners to Italy with an array of bold flavours, fresh California-sourced ingredients, and classic dishes that retain the true essence of Italian cuisine.

The innovative new menu is crafted under the guidance of Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley Chef de Cuisine Pooria Khorrami, who brings a wealth of experience and a passion for Italian cooking to Quattro. Born and raised in Iran, Chef Pooria began his culinary journey at the prestigious Cordon Bleu school. He refined his skills over 16 years in Montreal, becoming an expert in Italian cuisine at the esteemed Ristorante Beatrice. His tenure at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal further showcased his ability to elevate dining experiences with his creative approach and meticulous attention to detail.

Chef Khorrami’s expertise is reflected in the menu highlights, which include:

  • Risotto con Aragosta e Gamberi – Creamy risotto with succulent lobster and shrimp, enhanced by a luxurious saffron bisque
  • Insalata Tricolore – A vibrant mix of endive, radicchio and arugula, topped with pecorino Romano and a truffle vinaigrette
  • Costoletta alla Milanese – A crispy, breaded veal chop served with a fresh arugula salad
  • Pizza Parma – San Marzano tomato sauce, delicate Parma ham, and creamy burrata
