Since joining the Silicon Valley property in 2023 as Hotel Manager, Georges has played a pivotal role in shaping the hotel’s strategic direction and strengthening its connection to the local community. During his tenure, he has overseen significant enhancements to the hotel’s suites, pool deck, and signature restaurant, while championing a people‑first culture that celebrates collaboration and care.

“Georges brings a thoughtful leadership style rooted in genuine care and community engagement,” says Antoine Chahwan, President, Hotel Operations, Americas. “His dedication to elevating the guest and employee experience, along with his strong ties to East Palo Alto and the Bay Area, make him exceptionally well‑suited to lead the property. His people‑focused approach will continue to strengthen the hotel’s connection to the community and enhance the warmth our guests feel.”

Georges’ leadership extends well beyond the hotel. He proudly serves on the Board of the East Palo Alto Police Foundation and recently joined the San Francisco Peninsula Board, deepening his engagement with the region. He continues to foster relationships with local schools and long-standing initiatives benefiting the East Palo Alto Senior Center and the Ecumenical Hunger Program, reflecting the hotel’s belief in uplifting the wider community.

“Community, guest experience, and our people are at the heart of everything we do at Four Seasons,” says Georges Safi, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Alto. “Silicon Valley is remarkable not only for its innovation but for its strong sense of community. I’m proud of the relationships we’ve built and look forward to deepening those connections. My focus is on elevating the employee and guest experience, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring our hotel continues to embody warmth, authenticity, and exceptional care.”

Born and raised in Lebanon and a French citizen, Georges’ multicultural background brings a global perspective to his approach. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, he connects naturally with employees and guests from around the world. Outside of work, he is an avid road cyclist who enjoys exploring the scenic landscapes of the Bay Area - one of the many reasons Silicon Valley has become a special place for him.
