Under the expert guidance of Executive Chef Jacques Swart, who was recently appointed to the role, this new offering promises to be both a culinary and visual delight for guests.

In a unique and exciting twist, the traditional afternoon tea cart has been transformed into a luggage cart, paying homage to the hotel's connection to travel and adventure. This beautifully crafted cart, which features multiple layers of savoury and sweet offerings, provides guests with an immersive way to experience this timeless tradition.

What sets [esc]’s Afternoon Tea apart is its ever-evolving seasonal tea menu, which will refresh every other month, inviting guests to return and indulge in new culinary treasures throughout the year.

Additionally, the hotel is partnering with Telmont Champagne for this exclusive experience. Guests can enhance their afternoon tea experience by adding a glass of Telmont Champagne to elevate the traditional experience with a bubbly touch.

“This experience, which began two years ago, continues to evolve thanks to the creative efforts of our talented Pastry Sous Chef Courtney Persichitte, whose hard work has been instrumental in this transformation,” says Chef Swart. “We wanted to elevate the entire experience, making it not just about the tea, but about the atmosphere, the flavours, and the artistry behind each item we serve.”
