Chef’s signature Pen Cai takes centre stage, meticulously built layer by layer to honour tradition and technique. With careful attention to the placement and harmony of each ingredient, the richly layered dish reflects Chef’s dedication to detail, ensuring balance in flavour, texture, and symbolism, showcasing premium components and precise craftsmanship in every spoonful.
In addition, toss to good health and prosperity with the Prosperity Yu Sheng, bursting with fresh ocean flavours of Lobster, Abalone, Smoked Salmon and Surf Clams, complemented by hand-shredded root vegetables and house-made dressing of plum sauce and pineapple paste.
