Four Seasons Hotel Singapore presents Michelin Masters: Symphony of Eight Hands, an exclusive one‑night‑only dining experience taking place on April 10, 2026 at the Michelin‑recommended Jiang‑Nan Chun. As part of the Hotel’s broader Passages of Spring seasonal menu offering, this special showcase brings together four of the region’s celebrated chefs, each recognised for their mastery of Chinese cuisine and their unique artistry shaped by tradition, intuition, and impeccable technique.

For one remarkable evening, guests will embark on an extraordinary gastronomic journey crafted by Chef Adam Wong Lung of Hong Kong’s three Michelin‑starred Forum; Chef Chan Yan Tak of two Michelin‑starred Lung King Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong; Chef Matt Chen of GEN Taiwan (one Michelin star); and Executive Chinese Chef Alan Chan of Jiang‑Nan Chun. Together, these culinary luminaries will create a six‑course menu that harmonises their individual styles, with each course reflecting a dialogue between heritage and innovation, regional expression and modern interpretation.

This eight‑hands collaboration is in line with a series of cross-regional chef collaborations, bringing together masters of Chinese gastronomy in intimate, limited-time exchanges that explore seasonality from multiple culinary perspectives. It is about chefs interpreting spring through their own regional lenses, sharing technique, memory, and philosophy across kitchens. From intricately layered broths to delicately composed seafood, premium seasonal produce and masterfully executed wok‑fired dishes, the menu invites diners to experience Chinese cuisine through the perspectives of some of the region’s most celebrated masters.

“We are honoured to host this exceptional gathering of culinary talent,” says Summer Lo, Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. “Michelin Masters is an opportunity to spotlight the richness and diversity of Chinese cuisine through the craftsmanship of chefs who have each profoundly shaped its evolution.”

Presented as a six‑course dinner including wine pairing, this one‑night‑only experience offers an unparalleled opportunity for gourmands and enthusiasts to witness culinary mastery at its finest. Seating is limited to ensure an intimate and immersive evening with the chefs behind the creations.

This event forms part of the Hotel’s larger Passages of Spring program, a seasonal celebration spanning 14 Four Seasons Chinese restaurants in Asia Pacific. At Jiang‑Nan Chun, the initiative is complemented by an ongoing seasonal eight-week menu by Executive Chinese Chef Alan Chan, available until May 15, 2026, offering guests additional opportunities to explore the nuances and vitality of spring through Cantonese artistry.

The Michelin Masters: Symphony of Eight Hands dinner experience will be available for one-night only on April 10, 2026, offered as a six-course set menu (SGD 488 per person, includes wine pairing).
