“We are thrilled to welcome Ahmed Mohamed as Executive Banquet Chef at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis,” says the Hotel’s General Manager, Alper Oztok. “We know that Ahmed’s fine restaurant and hotel banquet experience will add fresh creativity to both the menu and presentation. We look forward to all that Ahmed will bring in his new role as Executive Banquet Chef.”
In addition to infusing the team with renewed energy and direction, Chef has plans to incorporate the diverse influences of his background on the Hotel’s banqueting menus and plans to offer more extensive options from the Middle East and Gulf.
“I am so excited to be in St. Louis and to extend my Four Seasons family into the US. The team at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is outstanding and I look forward to adding value and a new perspective to the culinary operations,” says Ahmed Mohammed.
Born in Lebanon, Ahmed is Egyptian and resided in Egypt until his recent move to the US. He adores his three children – a daughter and two sons – along with his wife Samah. In his spare time, he enjoys following football, reading, cooking, and photography. Of course, now he is avidly exploring St. Louis, taking in its history and tasting through its vibrant food scene.
