Following a highly successful launch and summer season, Ramsay’s Kitchen St. Louis at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis takes on autumn with new menu offerings and the celebration of Worldwide Wellington Month throughout October.

New Fall Menu

While guests can still savour their favourite signature dishes, the fall menu at Ramsay’s Kitchen features a selection of new offerings that highlight the best of fall flavours and locally-sourced ingredients.  Fresh additions to the choice of starters include: a composed salad of Heritage Beets with ricotta, pistachio crumble, dill, and citrus-ginger vinaigrette; and, Braised Octopus with puttanesca, crispy potato, and breadcrumbs, a nod to the city’s traditionally Italian neighbourhood, The Hill. Warm, aromatic flavours shine through the new entrees, such as Truffle Mushroom Risotto, Herb Crusted Halibut, and the generous 12-ounce Veal Chop with grilled lemon and chimichurri butter.  Inspired by the autumn harvest, Roasted Heirloom Carrots and Roasted Romanesco are newly featured sides, while seasonally decadent desserts include Pear Tatin, a Chocolate Petit Pot de Crème, and a seasonal update of spiced cherry cranberry compote to accompany the Vanilla Mascarpone Cheesecake.

New Fall Cocktails

The restaurant tapped its talented bar team to create a delicious new slate of cocktails that celebrate the season’s essence and warm glow. Each of the team’s passionate mixologists carried out their creative vision with drinks such as Forbidden Fruit, which blends calvados, Amaro Nonino, cinnamon, apple, lemon, and Jamaican bitters; Fall Sincerity featuring reposado tequila, cinnamon, Aperol, lime, and passionfruit; and, Corner Of The Earth mixing Buffalo Trace bourbon, Averna Amaro, espresso, maple syrup, and orange bitters.  With bar, lounge and table seating, Ramsay’s Kitchen is a great spot to gather and sip through this new collection of cocktails.

Worldwide Wellington Month

As his renowned signature dish, it is no surprise that hundreds of thousands of Beef Wellingtons are sold across Gordon Ramsay Restaurants globally each year.  In fact, at Ramsay’s Kitchen St. Louis it is by far the most requested menu item.  To celebrate this popular signature dish, the month of October 2024 turns into Worldwide Wellington Month across his universe of restaurants with each serving a special version of the dish.
