A Romantic Valentine’s Day Weekend Awaits at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis

Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis invites guests and the local community to celebrate Valentine’s Day with elevated dining, live music, and romantic accommodations from Thursday, February 12 through Sunday, February 15, 2026. 

Valentine’s Day Weekend at Ramsay’s Kitchen

At Ramsay’s Kitchen St. Louis, Valentine’s Day menu specials will be offered alongside the restaurant’s full menu throughout the holiday weekend. Guests may also choose the Tasting Menu for Two, a five-course dining experience available year-round and especially well-suited for the occasion. Menu highlights include Tuna Tartare Tacos, Beef Wellington, and Sticky Toffee Pudding. 

Valentine’s Day dinner specials include Missouri Caviar, East Coast Oysters, and a 14 ounce Wagyu Steak, with a Strawberry Pavlova featured as the dessert special. On Valentine’s Day, Saturday, February 14, diners can enjoy live music by Ethan Jones from 6:00 to 10:00 pm. Additional live music programming is available through the Ramsay’s Kitchen Sky Sessions calendar. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made via OpenTable or by calling 314 881 2110. 

On Sunday, February 15, Ramsay’s Kitchen will host a Galentine’s Day Brunch from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm, featuring Endless Mimosas, a Bloody Mary Bar, and live music by “Big Mike” Aguirre. 

Romantic Stays

In addition to dining offerings, Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is introducing a new Romance Turndown Service for overnight guests. Designed to elevate romantic stays, the service includes a bottle of Champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, rose petals throughout the room, and massage oil. While ideal for Valentine’s Day celebrations, the Romance Turndown Service will be available on an ongoing basis for any night after Valentine’s Day.
