Step into Jin Jing Ge Chinese Restaurant, from the reception with an embroidered screen of the moon tunnel gate to the ink-and-wash style bookshelf installation with "misty mountains" in the main dining area, and then to the raindrop-shaped crystal chandelier on the ceiling, each detail fully displays the misty and charming atmosphere of Jiangnan water towns. Chef Zhang Xiaocheng, the Executive Chef of Jin Jing Ge, follows the season and leads his team to select ingredients such as Yangcheng Lake hairy crab, chestnut, chicken head rice, taro and chrysanthemum to present the Autumn Menu with ingenuity.

In autumn, Jinji Lake quietly reflects the clear blue sky. Through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows of The Lounge and Bar, the city skyline is rolled out, staging moving scenes for guests all day long.  Accompanied by the shimmering lake light, the exquisitely styled Autumn Afternoon Tea, inspired by the fruits of autumn, allows guests to experience the taste of nature's gifts. Rich, layered savoury items play a symphony of autumn celebration with seasonal ingredients - fresh pumpkin and king crab present a wonderful encounter between the ocean and the countryside; the rich and fragrant black truffle adds a deep and mellow flavour to the mushrooms.
