With two Michelin stars and a #15 ranking among the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024, the signature French restaurant is known for bringing some of the world’s most interesting chefs to Tokyo’s vibrant gastro-scape.
Chef Daniel Calvert of SÉZANNE is thrilled to welcome Chef Quique Dacosta, chef-owner of his namesake restaurant in Dénia, Spain. Quique Dacosta currently holds three Michelin stars and is ranked #14 among the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024.
“I had the great pleasure of dining at Chef Quique’s restaurant in Spain last year. Ever since that memorable meal, I’ve been wanting to introduce his exceptional cuisine to our guests at SÉZANNE,” shares Chef Daniel. “We are very excited to provide a stage for some of his most iconic creations, complemented by several of our own favourite dishes.”
With a Michelin constellation between them, the two culinarians are poised to present an exemplary menu that merges French traditions with Mediterranean, Levantine and Spanish influences, with each meticulously crafted course woven around seasonal Japanese ingredients.
