Toronto, Canada

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto invites guests to experience afternoon tea with a French flair. Every Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 to 5:00 pm visit d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud for a variety of delicious finger sandwiches, scones and pastries all created with the signature Boulud touch.

Chef Daniel Boulud’s famous French-inspired cuisine introduces a different approach to traditional high tea. Whether guests are celebrating a special occasion or merely a weekend away from the office, toast to the afternoon with a complimentary glass of crisp champagne before choosing from an assortment of tea blends. The menu’s selection of black, green and herbal teas pair perfectly with the wide selection of sweet and savoury Boulud bites.

Sip on a hot cup of the Four Seasons Festive Blend or opt for the decadent salted caramel tea before indulging in tasty canapés. From the lobster profiterole to the stracciatella and fig tartelette, each flavourful bite is better than the next. End the afternoon by satisfying cravings with the chestnut cassis macaron and the divine orange milk praline choux with orange milk chocolate cream, hazelnut praline and orange caramel sauce.
