Blossoming Florals

In honour of spring, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has partnered with Toronto-based artist Amanda McCavour to create a site-specific floral installation in d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud’s Le Café. Amanda works with stitch to create large-scale embroidered works, and is interested in thread’s assumed vulnerability, its ability to unravel and its strength when sewn together. Enjoy made-to-order beverages and savour housemade baked goods beneath a ceiling of delicately crafted flowers.

Spring Afternoon Tea at d|bar

Spring is in the air with a fresh edition of d|bar’s famous afternoon tea, featuring seasonal sweet and savoury treats by Chef Maru Cacho and Pastry Chef Kevin Levionnois, premium loose-leaf tea blends and bubbly.

Poolside Escape Inspired by the HBO Original Series The White Lotus

A slice of Thai paradise awaits at the Spa at Four Seasons Toronto. Escape to the world of the HBO Original Series The White Lotus with an exclusive Poolside Escape, featuring signature décor, menus and spa treatments inspired by the third season of the iconic show. While at the Poolside Escape, guests can opt for a guided breathwork activity or partake in the gratitude journal station. Feature spa treatments include Thai Massage, Reiki Healing, Meditation and Cupping. Alongside delicious bites, the themed menu highlights special cocktails created by Four Seasons properties showcased in each of HBO’s The White Lotus seasons including Maui, Taormina and Koh Samui. The signature Coconut Paradise cocktail is also available in d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud, a recipe created by Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.

Dine with Daniel

Chef Daniel Boulud will return to Toronto on Thursday, April 3, 2025 for a one-of-a-kind dinner at Café Boulud. For one night only, he and Executive Chef William Kresky will showcase dishes from Chef Daniel’s iconic New York restaurants including La Tête d’Or, Restaurant Daniel, Café Boulud New York, Le Pavillon and Blue Box Café.
