Four Seasons Hotel Tunis is pleased to continue its commitment to enriching Tunis's culinary scene with Byblos Nights, an exclusive five-day residency taking place at BLU Seafood Kitchen & Bar from August 5 – 9, 2026. Following the success of previous culinary collaborations, this residency welcomes Chef Wissam Kayrouz, Chef de Cuisine at Byblos, the celebrated Lebanese restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, for an immersive celebration of Levantine gastronomy.

This latest partnership reflects Four Seasons Hotel Tunis's ongoing dedication to bringing world-class culinary talent from across the Four Seasons portfolio to the Tunisian capital, further establishing the hotel as a destination for exceptional and diverse dining experiences. For five evenings only, Chef Wissam will bring the authentic flavours of Lebanon to BLU's Mediterranean setting, showcasing signature dishes that have made Byblos one of Cairo's premier destinations for Lebanese cuisine since its opening in 2023.

Guests can expect a specially curated menu featuring Chef Wissam's celebrated dishes, including Kibbeh Nayeh, Mixed Grills, Charcoal-Grilled Lamb Chops, Shrimp Provençal, Sayadieh, and an array of traditional hot and cold mezze — each prepared with the precision and authenticity that define his approach to Lebanese cooking. With more than two decades dedicated to preserving and elevating the culinary traditions of his homeland, Chef Wissam brings not only refined technique, but also the warmth and generosity of Lebanese hospitality to every table.

"Growing up in Lebanon, some of my earliest memories were gathered around the family table, where recipes were passed from one generation to the next," says Chef Wissam Kayrouz. "Those moments taught me that food is about more than flavour — it's about sharing stories, preserving culture, and creating lasting memories. I'm excited to bring these traditions to Tunis and share them with a new table of guests."
