Christmas Dinner at Flame

The Resort’s signature restaurant Flame will be serving a lavish buffet dinner certain to please the choosiest of palates. Begin with a few items off the raw bar complete with snow crab claws and ceviche. Next up, visit the salad bar, charcuterie spectacular, as well as a pasta and fondue stations, before warming up with a house made soup such as the lobster bisque or creamy butternut squash. The carving station offers 7x Ranch wagyu prime rib, bourbon and honey glazed suckling pig, roasted turkey and whole roasted Colorado lamb, complemented by traditional Christmas sides such as mashed yukon gold potatoes, creamed spinach, and green bean casserole to name a few. End the dinner with one of many decadent desserts options from bûche de Noël  to ginger cake salted caramel mousse, Breckenridge maple-bourbon cheesecake, peppermint pot de crème and a truffle and candy station.

Elf on the Shelf

The Elf on the Shelf will keep a watchful eye over all the Resort’s kids. Each night once everyone has gone to bed, the Elf will fly to the North Pole and report back to Santa on all the activities that have taken place that day. Before the children wake up each morning, the Elf will return to the Resort and hide in a new location. Find him, post a selfie with his location on Instagram or Facebook tagging @FSVail, then let the Front Desk know to receive a treat.

Kids Après-Ski

Calling all parents: Kids for All Seasons turns into Kids Apres-Ski on select nights this winter. On the way to The Remedy Bar for après-ski, drop off children to enjoy a child-friendly version of après-ski with different nightly activities and culinary offerings.

Santa Ski-Down

On Christmas Day, ski down Vail Mountain with Santa. Enjoy complimentary hot chocolate and cookies with him afterwards in the Resort’s Ski Concierge building, located near the base of Gondola One. It’s a final chance to say “thank you” and “farewell” before Santa makes the sleigh ride back to the North Pole.

Hanukkah Menorah Lighting

Celebrate the Festival of Lights with the sacred lighting of the Menorah every evening of Hanukkah in the Residences lobby. Enjoy complimentary cookies and cider while singing and playing dreidel games.
