Made-to-order chef led stations allow guests to customize their omelets and crepes, while the seafood station delivers delicacies with oysters on the half shell, sushi, snow crab claws, and chilled jumbo shrimp. An assortment of fresh salads and artisanal cheeses completes the festive menu.

The evening features a selection of seasonal starters like butternut squash soup and empire apple salad, followed by decadent entrees including roasted heritage turkey, lobster pot pie, and Chilean sea bass served with basque bruleed cheesecake served for dessert.
