Bourbon Steak DC to Host Bar Pop-Up with NYC’s Acclaimed Employees Only at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC

Bourbon Steak DC, located inside Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, will host an exclusive two-night cocktail takeover featuring the acclaimed team from New York City’s iconic Employees Only. On November 21 and 22, 2025, guests are invited to experience an unforgettable evening in the Lounge, showcasing world-class mixology and innovative cocktails from one of the most celebrated bars in the industry.

From 7:00 to 10:00 pm, Lead Bartender Frank Maldonado and Assistant Bar Manager Marko Milacic will step behind the bar, showcasing a curated lineup of Employees Only’s signature cocktails and classics. This exclusive event offers a rare opportunity to savour the spirit of New York City’s cocktail culture without leaving the city.

The pop-up will feature six Employees Only celebrated house cocktails (Manhattan Cocktail, Besos Calientes, Amelia, Melody, Sail Away, and Last Leaf), priced between USD 25 and 35. Space is limited, and service will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
