There is a Secret Behind Every Door

Upon entering The Hideaway, your eyes do not know where to look. There is an extraordinary detail wherever you gaze from the banquette taken from Al Capone’s Cadillac, to the revolver-inspired chandelier, to the fully functional safe, and the spectacularly-hidden wine chiller. Ladies will also love channeling their inner Great Gatsby in our signature private dining room. Behind two doors lie authentic jewelry from the period and vintage coats. Once you look the part, you’re ready to party like it is 1925.

The Menu is Fully Customisable

The food is the star of the show in The Hideaway. Our greatest recommendation by far is to leave yourself in Chef Marshall’s capable hands. He will work with you to create the perfect progression of Chicago-style dishes. On his favourites he says, “The sky is really the limit when it comes to crafting something memorable. We can go as crazy as you want. My greatest hits menu for guests starts off with the Grand Seafood Tower which has all the seafood your heart desires and comes full of drama with its “sparkling” presentation. Then I would definitely recommend you do The Butcher Block which is a family-style selection of medium-rare Creekstone Farms beef including our signature Tomahawk Chop, Prime Ribeye, and Bone-in New York Strip all served with decadent sides. Then you have to finish off with a trio of our famous desserts – our 34-layer ode to chocolate, the Tribune Tower, our dreamy Red Velvet Cake, and the lively Key Lime Pie.”
