The Spa encompasses four buildings interconnected by wooden bridges and winding pathways. The Spa area covers 3,485 square metres (37,500 square feet) of the island. The unique design allows for plenty of natural light for both male and female guests to bask as they walk or jog between the Spa and the pool.

The male and female locker rooms within the Spa each have Turkish hammams, a whirlpool, a salt-inhalation centre and a relaxation area with a private terrace for women. The treatments are all influenced by ancient Indonesian, Indian and Thai methods of rejuvenation. The Spa includes a 25-metre (82-foot) indoor lap pool, a women’s fitness centre and a unisex fitness centre. Both of these include free weights, weight-training machines and Life Fitness cardio equipment with integrated IPTVs. The gyms include scheduled classes including yoga, Pilates, spinning, cardio and much more. Our Hotel is proud to be one of the first in the region to offer anti-gravity yoga. Change up your gym routine and attend one of the classes, or simply climb on the treadmill while enjoying the spectacular views of Bahrain Bay.

Couples will find the ultimate honeymoon destination or luxurious getaway with the amenities provided at our five star urban resort. There is a couple’s treatment room and an adults-only pool equipped with six super-cabanas and a heated whirlpool. The cabanas can be rented for an entire day and are equipped with a TV, minibar, internet, air-conditioning and a bathroom. These features combined are sure to spark some heated romance.

On the other side, families also have amenities that are tailored to their own needs. The infinity family pool is located on the opposite side of the island, curving along the edge of the bay. This pool is for guests who love kicking back and relaxing for the whole day. They are offered lounge chairs, cabanas, and service buttons in case they need anything. The pool is strategically located next to the Italian restaurant, Vento. If parents would like some alone time, the Kid’s Club is the best choice. It has a sandbox, a pool, and numerous activities for kids aged 4-12.

If a guest prefers an oceanic experience, Four Seasons Hotel does not disappoint. The Salt Water Lagoon is located on the southwest side of the island in an enclosed swimming area in the bay. It includes a floating dock complete with several hammocks for the most tranquil relaxation.
