Carolina’s unwavering commitment to others’ success, positive spirit and continuous pursuit of excellence have contributed to the Hotel's three-decade stride.

Carolina Capetillo, Housekeeping Attendant

On June 19, 1989, Carolina Capetillo began her 35-year long journey with Four Seasons Hotel Chicago in Housekeeping. Since then, Carolina has brought her positivity and team-minded mentality to work with her day-in and day-out, leaving an unforgettable impact on her team and the Hotel.

With three decades of standout moments, Carolina shares she is unable to choose just one memory to highlight, but instead describes the general sense of belonging and happiness working alongside her colleagues. Carolina attributes the bond and joyfulness she feels working with the team to what motivates her best-in-class service.

In her three and a half decades with the Hotel, Carolina thinks back about the evolution the Hotel has seen. “A lot has changed, the lobby has changed, the bar has changed, the rooms have changed, our newly renovated spa and our very pretty swimming pool, but a lot of the core things stay the same.”  One thing that has seemed to remain constant for Carolina is the relationships she has made along the way. “All the employees that have walked through the doors have made my experience so much better and that is why I am happy to come to work.”
