Sunday brunch is a cherished tradition at many Four Seasons restaurants, and now, Four Seasons Hotel Nashville has introduced its own at Mimo Restaurant and Bar. Every Sunday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, guests can enjoy a curated buffet crafted by Sous Chef Nicky Miscia, with desserts from Pastry Chef Hector Llompart, and specialty cocktails by Beverage Manager Alexandre Renoue.

Each week, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Mathieu Pinsard welcomes guests and ensures every detail of the Sunday Brunch experience is memorable. Here are a few of the recommendations that guests receive from Pinsard when enjoying Sunday Brunch.

Start with a Tableside Cocktail

Guests can begin brunch with an elevated libation experience that transports them straight to the heart of Italy. Pinsard recommends indulging in a refreshing Sgroppino, a traditional Italian cocktail, prepared tableside for a truly interactive moment.

“This sophisticated blend features Ferrari Brut, adding a touch of sparkling elegance to a creamy fusion of sorbet and vodka,” says Pinsard. “Alexandre has reimagined this classic drink to enhance the Mimo guest experience. We look forward to our guests enjoying more of his innovative touches at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville.”

Order a Savoury a la Carte dish

Guests have the option to order one a la carte dish from the Sunday Brunch menu. For a satisfying dining experience, Pinsard suggests starting with a savoury dish before exploring the variety of options at the buffet stations. His favourites include Mimo’s signature pasta dishes, such as the Agnolotti or Pappardelle, or the Imperial Scrambled Eggs topped with Smoked Salmon and Caviar. For a combination of savoury and sweet, the Southern Fried Chicken & Waffle with Espresso Onion Jam, SoBro Spicy Sauce, and Bourbon Maple Syrup is a perfect choice.

Satisfy a Sweet Tooth with Freshly Prepared Desserts

“Finishing a meal with indulgent desserts prepared fresh by Mimo’s talented pastry team is a must,” says Pinsard. “Chef Hector Llompart has introduced several memorable desserts, such as the Amalfi Lemons. His creativity carries over into the sweeter options at Sunday Brunch.”

Children are invited to make their own pancakes at the Bambini Corner, and all guests can enjoy freshly made gelato from the live station. The buffet also offers an array of bite-sized desserts, including Mimo’s signature Tiramisu and more.
