We want everyone who visits the Resort to feel the love, so we're sharing some of our top experiences that will add an extra touch of romance.

Hideaway Perfect for Two: Couples looking for added privacy will find that our one-bedroom pool studios offer the perfect escape. These intimate villas are an ideal place for couples to unwind and reconnect. Tropical gardens surround the studios with a private plunge pool and sun deck overlooking the glistening Nevis Peak. Guests can reserve these rooms at any time during their visit based on availability.

Spa Under the Stars: This experience transforms the Spa at the Resort into a private sanctuary of serenity and tranquility. Closed to all other guests, the Spa is open to just one lucky couple, who will enjoy the volcanic-stone whirlpool, Japanese-inspired cold plunge pool and Sala Deck in complete privacy of the Eden-like garden. Guests are treated to a romantic Nevisian couples massage on the Sala Deck, where Nevis' clear skies set the perfect canvas for undisturbed stargazing – and the opportunity for eye gazing. Finished with a crafted candlelit dinner, this is surely to be a night to remember.

Rum Tasting: From the former bustling sugar trade to the passion that is synonymous with the destination, couples can experience this unique tasting with Master Mixologist Kendie Williams and learn about the history of our collection of rums and spirits. Toast the evening as you sip your way through the history of rum in Nevis, which is sure to breathe new life into rum novices and aficionados alike.

Cooking Class: Creating a meal together is not only fun but delicious. And for added spice, couples can join famed hot sauce maker Chef Llewellyn Clarke for a hot and spicy cooking class where they'll create paw paw pepper sauce using the freshest ingredients that are abundant on the island. Accompanying the sauce, the chef will teach them how to make seafood or vegetarian fritters for dipping. These recipes and a bottle of hot sauce can be taken home to recreate their tasty experience.

Playing for Love: For the more active couple, the Resort offers a top-ranked tennis program managed by world-renowned Peter Burwash International, featuring nine tennis courts, including four red clay courts, three hard courts and two Astroturf courts. Couples can take lessons with one of our pros or perfect their swing using the ball machine. In addition, our 18-hole Robert Trent Jones II signature golf course is woven into the landscape of the Island, winding over 6,766 yards from the slopes of Nevis Peak down to the edge of the Caribbean Sea. Lessons with the pro are also available, along with weekly clinics to enhance any golfer's skills on the course. The more novice golfer can try eco-bio golf, where the balls turn into fish food within 72 hours of hitting the water. Another fun way to stay active is with a Chip and Sip class with our Director of Guest Experiences Mackee France. Enjoy drinks and a quick few rounds of golf as your laugh and play on our course.

Romantic Candlelit Dinner on the Beach: Love and food go hand-in-hand, so imagine sipping Champagne and gazing into the eyes of that someone special as Nevis puts on a show to remember. Along the water's edge or in one of our beach cabanas, couples can enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner for two with views of our sister island St. Kitts and a breath-taking sunset enhancing the moment. Each menu is custom-designed using locally-sourced ingredients based on their preference.

Paint and Sip: With the help of a local artist, guests are able to create beautiful works of art together during a private paint and sip class. We can arrange to have the canvas set up near the seaside or the garden overlooking the captivating Nevis Peak where they’ll be inspired to recreate the moment as they sip and paint in the Caribbean.

Sailing On a Sea of Passion: One of the most romantic things about going on an island vacation is being able to spend time on the water. Our boating excursions are fun for couples looking for a unique opportunity to explore the magical stretch of the Caribbean Sea. Nevis is a two-island destination with St. Kitts just two miles (a little over three kilometres) away, so there is even more to experience. Start the day setting sail to St. Kitts, then snorkel the reefs and sea beds near Shitten Bay for starfish, sea turtles, stingrays and colourful schools of fish. Later, return to Nevisian waters for one of our serene sunset sails, and toast to a magical day on the water with Champagne, rum punch or Caribbean beer.
