The 815 square metre (8772 square foot) facility is exclusive to guests and includes state-of-the-art weight machines and cardiovascular equipment including 16 treadmills from Technogym’s ARTIS range, which allows guests to exercise, watch TV, check email, go on Facebook and YouTube simultaneously. With floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic view of the city, guests can exercise while enjoying the beautiful view of Seoul. The Gym at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul also features spacious rooms for group classes, a pilates room, stretching zone, and personal certified trainers upon request.

The signature treatments at the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul are inspired by Korean traditional healing therapies. My Gift of Beauty, a sensuous herbal journey inspired by an ancient royal healing recipe is one of the most popular treatments. To prepare the body to absorb the therapy to come, the treatment begins with a relaxation at the Korean Sauna, a water playground of warm, hot and cool baths. Following a deep cleansing and body scrub of aromatic herbs, the therapist massages Sodashi’s fragrant essential oils into the muscles, warming the knots and joints with a deliciously hot compress filled with herbs. The mind and spirit are then magically restored during a beautifully hydrating facial to refine the complexion. Finally, a manicure or pedicure deliver the ultimate in grooming before indulging in a delicious, healthy lunch at the Juice Bar. All treatments use Biologique Recherche, Sodashi and Fedora, three premium spa and skincare brands limited in Korea. My Gift of Beauty is priced at KRW 572,000 including tax for four hours.

The Nail Bar, Sophisticated Haven for Nail Grooming

Korean Sauna at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul

The Korean Sauna at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is an exclusive retreat for complete renewal and relaxation in the heart of the city.

Exclusive to Club members and in-house guests only, the Korean Sauna is gender separated and features cold, warm and hot baths. Adjacent to the baths is a dry sauna as well as a traditional Korean shower room and a massage room where guests can receive a traditional Korean body scrub by a professional therapist for a head-to-toe exfoliation, completing the Korean sauna experience. The Korea sauna is open daily from 5:30 am to 10:30 pm. Entrance fee is KRW 55,000 including tax and complimentary for suite guests.
