Jin Jing Ge

As the flagship Chinese restaurant of the Hotel, Jin Jing Ge brings a fresh interpretation of Jiangnan flavour and creates a delightful feast for guests with Suzhou's unique charm. Executive Chef Charles Zhang, formerly the Head Chinese Chef of Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant Jin Sha at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake, has devoted more than 12 years to honing his skills in Jiangnan cuisine. With his exquisite craftsmanship and deep-rooted understanding of local ingredients, Chef Zhang joined Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou and seamlessly blends tradition into his unique culinary vision, unveiling flavours of Jiangnan throughout each season.

Designed by AB Concept, Jin Jing Ge portrays the "Poetry of Mist and Rain" and interprets the essence of Chinese garden aesthetics through a modern lens. This concept is a heartfelt tribute to the profound symbolism and tranquillity found within those iconic gardens. The seamless integration of scenery and spirit radiates a luxurious elegance, reflecting a harmonious blend of culture, craftsmanship, and nature. It masterfully translates the essence of Chinese gardens into an immersive dining experience, inviting guests to partake in a harmonious interplay of each element. Stepping through the doors, guests transition into the a la carte dining room with enchanting interplay of design elements. The prominent blue glass panel screen gracefully dances with a bespoke chandelier, guiding guests with an artful allure toward their respective tables. Floor-to-ceiling windows on one side invite natural light to permeate the space, while the spacious terrace on the other side overlooks a meticulously cultivate.

The seven private luxurious private dining rooms named after jade await discerning guests. Ti, Tang, Zhu, Zhen, Xu, Xiang, and Xun, each of these names subtly embodies auspicious meanings such as promising futures and joyous happiness, conveying the sincerest wishes to every dining guest. Incorporating the concept of Chinese gardens, the rooms feature a series of detailed designs including Suzhou-style window frames, totemic motifs with thin wooden veneers, and handwoven fabrics, seamlessly integrating Suzhou's traditional craftsmanship and materials. This infusion of privacy adds to the tranquil and harmonious atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy lush gardens and serene lake views while indulging in authentic Jiangnan cuisine. Additionally, each room is equipped with a separate lounge area, providing guests a exclusive space with friends and family in a relaxed dining environment, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Yun He

Yun He Restaurant offers guests an unparalleled all-day international dining experience where fresh ingredients meet artful craftsmanship. Highlighting the exquisite seafood and grill, our carefully curated menu condenses global flavours into this revitalizing creative culinary energy field, presenting a unique and exquisite feast for the taste buds.

Also designed by AB Concept, Yun He integrates a sense of nature into its stunning interior, harmonising with the surrounding natural splendour. This concept encapsulates through the "A Village in Nature" narrative, taking inspiration from the four elemental cornerstones synonymous with the craftsmanship of Suzhou: Clay, Wood, Stone, and Glass. The culmination of these elements creates the atmosphere of an immersive haven situated in a poetic natural scene at Suzhou. The journey commences at the entrance, where guests embark on an immersive escapade atop lava stone flooring, wooden walls, glass bricks, and greeted by the touch of ceramic countertops that lend an earthy yet sophisticated ambiance. Here, the natural hues and gentle shades of green in harmonious juxtaposition with the light-toned wood, all coalescing to engender a sense of tranquillity and intimacy. The open kitchen and the buffet area enhance a welcoming atmosphere, further providing airiness and lightness through the unobscured and expansive space. This idyllic expanse offers a 180-degree panorama, blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces. Private dining rooms are fashioned from rich wood textures, together with hand-printed embroidery covering, paying homage to Suzhou's heritage, adorning the wall, forming an artful backdrop complementing the bespoke furnishings and uniting elements of past and present while connecting the outdoor ambience to the indoor dining experience.

The Lounge and Bar
